On Saturday, May 28th, I had the honor of documenting Maura and Lucas’s wedding day in Baltimore, Maryland. First stop of the day was the beautifully designed Revival Hotel in Mount Vernon, where the ladies were busy getting ready. As soon as I walked in the room and saw the bouquets, I knew everything was going to be gorgeous! Maura and Lucas have fantastic taste… the florals, food, music, etc. I felt even more honored to have been one of their choices for their wedding day seeing how much thought they put into each decision. Everything was very thoughtful yet relaxed. After the ladies were ready, we walked down to the park to meet up with the rest of the wedding party for photos then it was off to the church.

Maura and Lucas exchanged vows in the presence of loved ones in a very heartfelt ceremony at St. Pius X. As a wedding photographer, you tend to notice how couple’s interact with one another and get a small sense of their relationship. I must say these two were made for each other. Such a lovely mix of love, admiration and respect between them. It really was a beautiful day to watch unfold. I hope you will enjoy some of my favorites from their day…
